Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at jointheselfloveclub.com, our iOS app, or any of our coaching services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Our Services

The Self Love Club, operated by Georgia Barnett, provides self-love coaching, nutrition consulting, group workshops, corporate wellness programmes, online courses, retreats, and a mobile wellness app. Our services are designed for personal development and wellness — they are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatments.

Booking & Payment

• Discovery calls are free and can be booked via our website
• Coaching packages, courses, and event tickets are subject to the pricing listed at the time of purchase
• App subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms
• Payment is required in advance for all coaching sessions and courses unless otherwise agreed

Cancellation & Refunds

• 1:1 Coaching: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
• Group Coaching & Workshops: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start date. After that, a credit may be offered for a future session.
• Courses: A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content.
• Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. Full balance refunds are available up to 30 days before the retreat date.
• App Subscriptions: Managed through your Apple ID settings. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, app, courses, and materials — including text, images, audio, videos, course content, meditation scripts, and branding — is the intellectual property of Georgia Barnett and The Self Love Club. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any of our content without written permission.

User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Treat all community members, staff, and coaches with respect
• Not share or redistribute course materials, meditation recordings, or other paid content
• Not use our platform for harassment, discrimination, or harmful behaviour
• Provide accurate information when creating accounts or submitting forms

Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Georgia Barnett and The Self Love Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
